We have three levels for credit use based on the detail level you need on your image. Generally, you will only need to use Low Detail for most assets, however, if they are dirty or the label is damaged, you may need to go up to the higher levels. Low detail = 1 Credit Medium Detail = 2 Credits High Detail = 3 Credits

You can capture any text from an image, the Ai is designed to structure the data you capture into fields, be that Make, Model, Serial number, Mac address, Tare weight, volume, or any other text that might be printed on the asset.

The system is designed around two methods. Firstly the data is delivered in jSON format on an API. However, if you are not a programmer then dont worry, the demo apps in the app stores have the ability to work out of the box to export to excel.

Download our Demo app from the app store (Apple or Google play) and go to the Excel tab, simply setup the fields you want to capture, and use the onscreen capture to take images of each asset. When you log into the admin panel, you will see that data under 'Session Data' on the menu where you can download as an Excel Spreadsheet.
